He is the head of the Directorate for Democratic Innovation Services at the Town Council of Barcelona, supervisor of decidim.barcelona, and co-founder of Decidim.org. He is also the director of Canòdrom- Centre for Digital and Democratic Innovation. He is the former Coordinator of Techno-Policy at the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3-UOC) and holds a PhD in Information and Knowledge Society from the UOC.
